Franschhoek does romance better than most places on earth, and La Cotte might just be its finest stage for it. Tucked among vineyards with the Franschhoek mountains standing guard, this Cape Winelands venue gave Barend and Laura's wedding day the kind of soft, unhurried elegance that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person.
Every detail, from the styling to the stationery to the food on the table, was pulled together by a small team of vendors who clearly know how to build a day around two people rather than a Pinterest board.
